Paul’s expertise and practice focuses on 3 primary areas: (1) Leadership Development, (2) Executive and Team Coaching and (3) Organisation Development in change management, culture and strategy. He designs and facilitates a wide range of workshops relevant to these 3 areas. He is based in Singapore and operates across Asia-Pacific.
Paul has over 30 years of work experience in a wide variety of consulting, staff and line roles in both private and public sector organisations. He is a qualified and experienced coach, facilitator and consultant.
Prior to setting up his own practice, he was Director of the Centre of Leadership Development (now ILOD) with the Civil Service College (CSC) for 10 years. At CSC, he led the revamp of the milestone leadership programmes for various leadership levels of the Singapore public service and introduced a more robust range of adult learning methodologies to strengthen leadership and organisational development in the public service.
Before that, he was Regional Director/MD with international consulting firms, including the HayGroup, Aon Consulting and Buck Consultants, providing management consulting and leadership development services to a wide range of private and public sector organisations across Asia-Pacific. He also held leadership roles with PepsiCo, American Express, Exxon and Singapore Airlines, in areas including HRM/HRD, customer service, business analysis, process reengineering, operations and organisation & leadership development.
In addition to his own practice, he is an associate faculty of the Global Team Coaching Institute, while also partnering as an associate with a select handful of local and international consulting firms, including Civil Service College (Singapore), GP Strategies, YSC Consulting and Willis Towers Watson.
Paul has designed and delivered multiple workshops across Asia-Pacific, including Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, China/Hong Kong, Philippines, S. Korea, Vietnam, Japan and Australia. His clients value his depth and breadth of corporate experience, executive maturity and experience working with different cultures and his ability and flexibility to match his services to his clients’ unique needs.
