MBTI: Enhancing self-awareness to Lead Self and Teams

The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator or MBTI is a personality inventory tool that helps you see the world – and yourself – in a whole new way. When you know your personality style, you can make more informed decisions about how you approach work, relationships, and more. This workshop provides participants with a clear understanding of their innate behavioural preferences and how it impacts their effectiveness and the way they lead teams.

Gain deeper understanding of your predominant preferences and how these preferences influence how you impact others. Leverage your preferences and understanding of others to increase your effectiveness and positive impact. Our preferences can lead to unconscious biases and impact how well we work with others with different preferences.

Participants will do an online Step II assessment before the workshop. The report will be shared and explained during the workshop.
