MEntoring: Development Through Trust

The Mentoring workshop provides participants with a clear understanding of the purpose and intent of mentoring, equipping them with the relevant knowledge, skills, and tools for a successful mentoring engagement.

Mentoring centers on a reciprocal one-to-one relationship between a mentor and a mentee.

The mentoring process focuses on a mentee's development needs and provides opportunities for them to benefit from the wisdom of a mentor's experience.

To facilitate effective discussion and learning, mentoring workshops are tailored separately to either a mentor or mentee group.
